    State Institute of Capacity Building (SICB)

    State Institute of Capacity Building (SICB Sikkim) at Karfectar, South Sikkim to fabricate skilled man power for our State. The Institution has taken over the RAC (Regional Administrative Centre) Karfectar on 25th November 2009. The SICB was inaugurated on 10th December 2009 by Hon’ble Chief Minister in a function organized for this purpose.
